Returns
I aim for all information, photographs and shipping information to be as accurate as possible.
I do not offer exchanges or refunds if you have a change of mind.
Therefore, all sales are final, except in the case of damage or the artwork does not match your original order.
If your painting has been damage, if able, make the courier aware upon receipt.
Take a photo of the shipping label, the damaged unopened packaging and a photo of the damaged artwork/frame.
Contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can evaluate the issue.
You will be provided with the return address and shipping label.
The incorrect or damaged product must be returned to us within 10 Days from the receipt of goods and I will exchange it for you, free of charge.
If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information sent on your end or you have failed to collect your parcel from your local courier depot/post office, Janz Art is not liable for the re-delivery costs of your order.
To have the parcel re-delivered, you will need to pay the cost of re-delivery to your address.
