SHIPPING

All paintings on paper are unframed and unmounted unless the framing option is selected. Artwork may be sent in a roll if too large to post flat safely. They will regain their flatness once presented in a mount and frame

Originals

Shipping costs of original artworks needs to be quoted for individually being determined by the size, weight, destination and packing supplies. Shipping costs of large paintings may require a bespoke courier service. 

Shipping to the Gold Coast in Australia is Free as is collection form the gallery.

Please email us if you would like an estimate before placing your order.
For unframed originals, shipping is not charged at checkout. After your order is received, we will contact you with the exact shipping cost based on your location and add it to your order for payment.

Collection from The Gallery or delivery within the Gold Coast & Northern NSW region is free.

If a framing option is selected, shipping is FREE.

Prints

We take great care to ensure that every print reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please review the details below for information about shipping times, fulfilment locations, and costs.

Australia

All print orders within Australia are shipped free of charge.
Please allow around 3 weeks for your order to be printed, packaged, and delivered.

New Zealand & United States

We offer free shipping on all print orders to New Zealand and the United States.
Orders are fulfilled locally, and delivery usually takes around 3 weeks from the order date.

International Shipping (Outside Australia, New Zealand & USA)

For international customers, we ship prints unframed and rolled in a secure tube.

  • Shipping Fee: Free worldwide.

  • Delivery Time: Please allow 4–5 weeks for international delivery.

  • Framed Prints: An additional AUD $500 shipping fee applies for framed prints delivered outside Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.

  • Customs & Duties:
    International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery Delays:
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
